Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using MeldAmp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
Service Description
MeldAmp is a desktop music player application that allows you to play, organize, and manage your music library on your computer. The application supports various audio formats and provides features for music playback and library management.
Accounts & Access
If MeldAmp requires an account, keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Pricing, feature availability and limits may change at any time during Early Access.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use MeldAmp. If you are under 13, you may not create an account, log in or use the service.
Acceptable Use
You may only use MeldAmp to play music files that you own or have the legal right to play. Do not use the application to violate copyright laws, distribute unauthorized copies of music, or engage in any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
MeldAmp and its software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, or create derivative works based on it without explicit permission.
Promotional Emails
By creating an account or logging into MeldAmp, you agree to receive promotional emails, product updates, specials, and other marketing communications. You can opt out at any time in your Profile screen after signing in.
Billing
If MeldAmp offers paid features or subscriptions, they will renew automatically unless you cancel. Taxes may apply. Pricing and feature availability are subject to change.
Early Access pricing, feature availability and limits may change without notice.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable application but do not guarantee that MeldAmp will be error-free or uninterrupted. The application is provided "as is" and may require updates or maintenance that could temporarily affect functionality.
Data & Privacy
We collect data needed to operate the application, provide features, and improve the user experience. Your music files and library data are stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync with cloud services. Review our privacy policy for details on how data is stored and processed.
Termination
You can stop using MeldAmp at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or services that violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will post a notice on this page or within the app.
